Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the subject device wherein an arc current and a systematic voltage at the operation time recorded on a magnetic tape are reproduced, thereby to make it possible to inspect the function of an actual machine by the reproduced signal without using the actual machine of reactive power control device.
CONSTITUTION: A voltage signal VA at the operation time of an arc furnace recorded on a magnetic tape 100 is applied to a synchronous type since wave generator 103 to obtain a sinusoidal wave signal ES free of a wave form strain.
