Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce notching distortion, and to decrease the distortion rate of an output waveform of a couple of power amplefier circuit composed of two single- ended push-pull circuits, by interposing resistance and diodes between PNP transistors contituting circuits. CONSTITUTION:The composite NTN transistor of transistors 11 and 12 is connected in series to driving transistor 10, and in paralel to it, the compostite PNP transistor of transistors 13, 14 and 15 is connected to constituted single-ended push- pull circuit 1. In addition, circuit 1' of the same constitution as this circuit is provided, and the both constitute a couple of power amplifiers. In this constitution, resistances 16 and 16' are provided between collectors of transistor 13 of circuit 1 and transistor 13' of circuit 1', and the connection points between those resistances are grounded by diodes 17 and 18. As a result, when transistors 13 and 13' are turned ON and OFF or OFF and ON respectively, the notching distortion contained in the output waveform is reduced remarkably.
