Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve utility of magnet by adhering basic insulating material for providing the depth to magnetic path material of motor through adhesives to form stator yoke thereby reducing the gap between rotor magnet and stator yoke.
CONSTITUTION: Adhesives 7 such as polyamid is coated on lower face of basic insulating material 6 such as polyester for providing the depth, then adhered to magnetic path material 8 made of silicon steel, for example, to form stator yoke 1. With such arrangement depth of flange 5 is reduced to reduce the gap between rotor magnet 3 and stator yoke 1 resulting in improvement of utility of magnet
