Abstract
PURPOSE:To arbitrarily obtain multiple kinds of reduced and worked data through one measurement with a single optical system by storing the signals having obtained through one wavelength scanning of an optical scanning device in a high speed memory circuit then transferring the same to a large capacity recorder and selectively operating these data. CONSTITUTION:A series of operation cycles corresponding to one wavelength scanning of an optical system B are divided to 3 periods. In the first period, the light signals having obtained in the optical system B are converted to electric signals in an electric circuit C and are made to analog signals which are then digitized in an A-D converting part D. The data signals are written in the high speed memory circuit E-1 of a memory part E in correspondence to wavelengths. In the second period, the data for one scanning are transferred to and written in the large capacity memory device E-2 of the memory part E. In the third period, the necessary data out of the data having been stored in the high speed memory circuit E-2 are read out and if necessary, necessary operations are applied and the data having been selected and operated are outputted to an output part G.
