Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve cooling efficiency of a low voltage coil by integrally molding a mixing preventer plate made of heat pipes into the low voltage coil.
CONSTITUTION: Low voltage coil 1 and high voltage coil 2 are integrally molded by resin 5 to be accommodated in a low voltage mold coil 1A and high voltage mold coil 2A respectively. At this time, a mixing preventer plate 3 made of heat pipes thermoexcel-worked is integrally molded to a low voltage mold coil 1A through resin layer 7 at the low votage coil 1 while through resin layer 8 at the high voltge coil side. In such the arrangement, by forming the mixing preventer plate 3 with heat radiating fins provided thereon with the heat pipes, the thermal current 6 flowing along the arrow mark direction due to the heat generated in operating the low voltage coil can be efficiently cooled and therefore, the temperature of the low voltage coil can be appropriately suppressed
