Abstract
PURPOSE:To readily obtain speed signals optimum for speed and torque control without using intricate circuits by combining n sets of differential amplifiers each comprising one input terminal, two transistors and one constant current source. CONSTITUTION:A currnt mirror circuit constitued by transistors Q20, Q21 is connected to three sets of differetial amplifies consisting of input terminals T1 thru T3, transistors Q14 thru Q19 and constant current sources I2 thru I4, and a conconstant current source I5 is connected to the collector of the transistor Q21. Further, a grounded-emitter type transistor inverter constituted by a transistor Q22 and a resistance R4 is connected. Then, when the sum of the collector currents of the transistors Q22, transistors Q15, Q17, Q19 becomes equal to the current value of the constant current source I5, changing-over of conduction and cutoff are performed and this coincided with input signal, by which the variations in the impulse rations of output voltage wavefomes are eliminated and periodic modulation is suppressed.
