Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure a definite wind amount of the blast to the blast furnace regardless of the fluctuation of the level of operation, etc., by detecting the pressure of hot blast to the blast furnace and controlling the amount of the blast by adding or subtracting the amount of deviation from the standard pressure of hot blast for the estimated wind amount of charging pressure.
CONSTITUTION: The pressure of hot blast in the hot blast pipe 11 from the hot stoves 41, 42 and 43 to the blast furnace 5 is detected with the detector and transmitter 12 for the pressure of hot blast and is taken into the regulator 13 for the pressure of hot blast.
