Abstract

The portion material 19 is moved by the drive of a motor 18, and incremental signals 108 are generated from an incremental location detector 20. A location of the portion material 19 is controlled so that digital location error signals 105, the output of a location error counter 14, be brought to zero. The differential components of filter output 107 become to the feedback of the speed of the portion material 19 and function as the damping of the response of locations, and high- speed, stable response can be realized.
