Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of internal pressure in pressure transmitting media at the volume adjusting, make the adjustment of temperature static pressure errors and perform highly accurate differential pressure detection by setting the volumes of both high and low pressure chambers equal or at a desired rate.
CONSTITUTION: When the amount of the pressure transmitting medium 7a in a low pressure chamber 6a is large, a plug 9 is loosened to make the media 7a, 7b movable. When an adjust screw 23 is turned counterclockwise by the specified quantity after loosening a plug 25, the medium 7a of the volume of the volume reduced component in the upper part 21a of a cylinder chamber 21 passes through the plug 9 and moves to the medium 7b side. At the same time the medium 7b of the volume increased component in the lower part 21b moves to the lower part 21b, thus no pressure is generated in the media 7a, 7b.
