Abstract
PURPOSE: To read dose value and dosimeter intrinsic number and prevent the occurrence of errors in record owing to erroneous reduction by reading the intrinsic number by the intrinsic number setting circuit of the dosimeter.
CONSTITUTION: When a dosimeter 10 and a reader 12 are connected by connectors 14, 16 and a switch 36 is closed, the oscillation pulses of an oscillating circuit 38 are applied to the dose value counter circuit 20 of the dosimeter and are also applied to the subtraction counter 32 of the reader 12. From the contents of the counter 32, the contents of the circuit 22 are discriminated, by which the dose value is determined. When this circuit 20 overflows, AND gates 42, 44 are closed and opened by an AND gate 46, FFs 48, 52, etc. and an addition counter 34 counts the oscillation pulses of the circuit 38 until the set value of the dosimeter intrinsic number setting circuit 24 of the dosimeter 10 and oscillation pulse count value coincide and the gate 44 closes. Hence, the dose value by the counter 32 and the dosimeter intrinsic number by the counter 34 are continuously and synchronously read out, whereby the occurrence of erroneous recording owing to erroneous reduction is prevented.
