Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the amount of supplied water in low loading and to perform the control of flow-rate in high loading by controlling the rotation frequency of a pump, with a valve perfectly opened which is arranged in parallel with a water feeding control valve, and to automatically carry out the switching free of the fluctuation of supplied water flow-rate.
CONSTITUTION: With the loading 50% or more, a switching relay 14 is turned a → b, and a switching relay 8 is turned c → d. The plus deviation signal which passes through a P + I calculator 9 pefectly opens a water feeding control valve 20. When the perfect opening of the water feeding valve 20 is confirmed, an electric discharge valve 21 is switched to perfect opening from perfect closing. When the load becomes 50% or less, the electic discharge valve 21 is perfectly closed. Then, the switching relay 8 is turned b → a. The minus deviation signal perfectly closes the water feeding valve 20. As the water feeding valve 20 closes gradually, the rotation frequency control loop allows the BFP exit pressure to rise to control the flow rate. When the BFP exit pressure reaches a prescribed value, a monitor relay 15 operates to switch the switching relay 8 from a to c, and the switch relay 14 from b to a. Through automatic switching operation, the amount of supplied water to a boiler can be kept constant.
