Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the amount of coating per one cycle by the procedure in which inverter to transform the alternating current or pulse of high frequncy is provided and a short processing unit of pulse width and unit pulse train is controlled intermittently and supplied to vibrator.
CONSTITUTION: An alternating current generated by the switches 3 and 4 is transformed by the transformer 5 and also the high frequency alternating current of secondary coil is rectified by the rectifiers 6 or 7 and supplied to discharging gap. The heat 9 is vibrated by the DC or pulse excitation of the vibrating coil 12 and the tip of the electrode 10 is adhered to the material 11 to be processed little by little by fusion for coating. The transformer 13 of oscillation control circuit feeds back the induced valtage of the inverter transformer 5 and gives a short processing unit of pulse width and unit pulse train to the switches 3 and 4 controllably. The output pulse is added to the switches 17 and 18 (thyristor) for ON and OFF control. The signal detected by the discharge current detection resistance 19 is amplified and added to the switch 17, and the vibrating coil 12 is vibrated controllably by the output of the pulse ampfification control circuit 21 for the oscillator 15. Thus, good quality coated layer can be formed.
