Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to control accurately at sequential channel selection, by providing the second integration circuit so that the presence of the vertical synchronizing signal in TV signal can correctly be detected.
CONSTITUTION: The synchronizing separation circuit integrates the composite synchronizing signal separated from TV signal with the first integration circuit 24 consisting of the resistor R22 and capacitor 23 to pick up the vertical synchronizing signal A, and it is fed to the first level detection circuit 27 to compare it with the specified level as shown in dotted lines set at R25 and 26, and only the signal more than a given level is picked up as the waveform B. Further, this is integrated at the second integration circuit 30 consisting of R28 and capacitor 29 to remove the high band components into only the signal C having low band components. Further, the signal C is fed to the second level detector 31 to pick up only the part of the vertical synchronizing signal more than a given level as dotted lines, as shown in the waveform D, and the signal D is detected and outputted as the correct vertical synchronizing signal via the gate circuit 32, timer circuit 33 and counter circuit 34.
