Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve defrosting operation efficiency by supplying retrigerant to the circuit branched from a defrosting circuit to extend up to suction side of a high- step side compressor through the heat exchanger provided in an accumulator but not to a condenser.
CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger 7 provided in an accumulator 12 is connected by one end to the circuit interconnecting the three-way valve 16 furnished at the branch poriton of the circuit for connecting the discharge side of a high-step side compressor 3 to said condenser 4 and a cooler 11 an one hand and said cooler 11 on the other, and by the other to the throttling means 18 connected to the suction side of said high-step side compressor 3. An intermediate circuit 400 is branched 5 from an intermediate of the circuit extending between the three-way valve 16 of a defrosting circuit 300 to extend up to the suction side of said high- step side compressor 3 through said heat exhanger 7 and throttling means 18.
