Abstract

CONSTITUTION:In non-volatile MNOSFETs, the non-volatile MNOSFETs of different threshold values may be readily produced without increasing an intricate mask alignment process and thermal hysteresis by applying different applied voltages or applied times to their gate electrode terminals.
