Abstract

PURPOSE: The fluidity of an adhesive is increased by foaming with a foaming agent added thereto, thus bonding the adherends firmly all over the surface of the substrate even when the surface is rough.
CONSTITUTION: A surface active agent and a foaming agent as Flon are added to a adhesive as epoxy, vinyl acetate resin, or styrene-butadiene rubber and the mixture is sufficiently stirred with a mixer to foam into cream. The adhesive is spread on the surface of substrate, such as floor surface with a comb plate to form a plurality of adhesive stripes on the substrate. Then, the adherend such as floor tiles of vinyl chloride resin is applied onto the striped adhesive, pused to expand the stripes to uniform layer, thus bonding them firmly.
