Abstract

PURPOSE: To contrive saving consuming powder as well as to reduce mechanical loss without dropping lubricating property by providing a notch as much as 180° in the circular direction partially in the axial direction on the opposite side of weight receiving surface of a bearing part in a full enclosed type motor-driven compressor.
CONSTITUTION: In a full enclosed type motor-driven compressor constituting to discharge gas drawn in through an intake valve 9 through a discharge valve 12 by reciprocating a piston 11 in a cylinder chamber 10 when with drive of a motor- driven part 3, a crankshaft 6 incorporated with a rotor 5 is rotated, a notch 23 provides part of the crankshaft 6 on the opposite side to the weight receiving surface under compressive force of the piston 11 in each bearing working part (in the figure an upper part bearing 15 is shown) at the part of 180° in the cylindrical direction. This facilitates to substantially reduce the bearing area, to dwindle mechanical loss and to contrive saving the comsuming power.
