Abstract
PURPOSE: To clean trash-like material in a hot air chamber by penetrating a hole as a passage from the hot air chamber's bottom plate to a grain-collecting chamber.
CONSTITUTION: By providing (or opening) a through hole 2 on a bottom plate 1 of a hot air chamber a in the direction of a grain-collecting chamber e, and by opening a hole on an end discharge chamber 4 of a grain-collecting screw 3 laying on the bottom of the grain-collecting chamber e as a supply gate 5 to a grain-lifting machine g, these holes are connected to an inlet 7 of an exhaust fan d by a connecting pipe 6. By providing this mechanism, trash-like material, such as ground particles of rice, which was leaked into the hot air chamber a is blown to one side and pushed down toward the grain-collecting chamber e through the hole 2 on the bottom plate 1, and light portion of the material flies up into the discharge chamber 4 and passes through the connecting pipe 6 to be discharged from the intake of the exhaust fan d. As the hot air chamber is thus kept clean and free of accumulation of trash, it can be prevented from accidental breakout of fire.
