Abstract
PURPOSE: To make accurate cutting, grinding and finish of warped boards while running after directing toward a free position by means of an elevating and turning device and toward said device said warped boards.
CONSTITUTION: An elevating and turning device 8 is provided through the process in which a fitting table 13 on which a warped board 1 to be cut and worked is placed is fitted vertically transferable and rotatable on a support column. A guide rail 26 is provided on a first travelling trolley 24 transferring close to and apart from said elevating and turning device 8 to intersect the travelling direction of said trolley 24. A warped material 1 end cutter 31 and a warped material 1 end grinder 31 are mounted on the second travelling trolley 32 travelling on said guide rail 26. The end surfaces and the inner surfaces at the ends made through cutting of said warped board can be automatically ground by said end grinder 31.
