Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the breaking off of a letter pressing plate in the plate making process, and to prevent the peeling off of the printing plate from the base film, by the use of an epoxy resin adhesive to the side of the photosensitive resin composition, and a urethane resin adhesive to the polyester base film.
CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition composed of a water-soluble polyamide having sodium sulfonate group, etc., is bonded to a polyethylene terephthalate base film using a double layered adhesive comprising (A) an epoxy resin adhesive such as Araldite, etc., to the side of the photosensitive resin, and (B) a urethane resin adhesive or a modified polyester adhesive to the film-side. The thickness of the adhesive layer is pref. 1W100μ, each.
