Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically wash a matter depending on the degree of contamination of the matter and economize a detergent, by pre-washing the matter by the same operation as a rinsing process before washing the matter and by detecting the transparency of pre-washing water in a vessel.
CONSTITUTION: In the pre-washing process, a magnet 36 is energized to supply water into a rotary vessel 4 through a feed water valve. Stirring blades are then rotated by a motor 6 to start the pre-washing process similar to the rinsing process. After a prescribed time, an operational processor 18 supplies a detection signal S to an amplifier 33 so that the amplifier generates an advancement OK or NO signal depending on the transparency of water in a water vessel 2 discriminated by the output of a detector A. If the OK signal is generated, the operational processor 18 advances the operation to the next process, namely, the washing process. If the NO signal is generated, the processor adds a draining process and a pre-washing process.
