Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a magnetic layer having high coercive force and high residual magnetic flux density by a vacuum deposition method without depending upon the compositions of a large incident angle alone by injecting ferromagnetic metal vapor in a supercooled state to backing in the vicinity of which is formed a magnetic field.
