Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform sampling and reproducing accurately by providing a discrimination circuit and a selection circuit together with a phase detector and a voltage contol oscillator at the time of performing reproduction of formation by using the sampling clock synchronized to the information.
CONSTITUTION: The read signal (a) is connected together with the internal synchronizing signal (b) to a phase detector 1 and control the oscillation frequency of a voltage control oscillator 3 via low-pass filter 2, thence they are divided to the internal synchronizing signal (b) and delay synchronizing signal (f) by a delay line 4 and are then supplied to a selection circuit 5. On the other hand, the phase difference signal C is supplied together with the synchronizing signal (e) to a discrimination circuit 6 discriminating that the read signal is "1", and is connected to a selection circuit 5. Because of this, even when the shift quantity of the final information "1" before the information "0" comes is large, this information "1" may be sampled with a margin, thus the information may be accurately sampled and reproduced.
