Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of demodulation circuit, by using a phase locked loop for the timing formation circuit, by eliminating the output of the timing clock through interrupting the locking due to self running oscillation of the phase locked loop automatically when no digital input signal is incoming.
