Abstract
PURPOSE: To take out a lowermost empty box with ease, by tilting the lowermost box and thus separating the same from the upper empty box.
CONSTITUTION: When control lever 8 is operated, horizontal air cylinders 5, 5 are set into operation and holders 6 are moved forward toward each other to hold an empty box (b) just above the lowermost empty box (a) on both sides thereof. Then, vertical air cylinders 7, 7 are set into operation, whereby respective piston rods 7a are extended and movable bed 1 located at its horizontal position is tilted downward around shaft 3. In the meanwhile, empty box (b) is fixed in its position since it is supported on both sides thereof by holders 4, so that some space is formed between the lowermost box (a) and the upper box (b). Therefore, empty box (a) is slided downward along the tilted surface of movable bed 1 and can be taken out easily to the front of frame 2. When the lowermost box (a) is taken out, vertical piston rods 7a are contracted to return the movable bed 1 to its original position, and holders 6 are also retracted to their original positions, whereby empty box (b) is dropped onto movable bed 1 together with upper empty boxes stacked on the box (b).
