This information is separated via the reception buffer 12 and the selection circuits 13 and 14, and the error check for the cipher transmission data is made by the code BCC at the error check circuit 15. In case of error, NAK signal is returned from the negative response generation circuit 18 via the transmission buffer 19, urging the retransmission.
