Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent heat responsiveness from becoming poor even if heat efficiency and heat separation are improved by providing heating resistor parts on the specific substrate having thermal anisotropy. CONSTITUTION:A multiplicity of heating resistor parts 3 are disposed in linear from on a substrate 1 of the crystal which the thicknesss direction is cut paralled to the main axis C-axis of hexagonal system so that the heat conductivity in the thickness direction becomes larger than the heat conductivity in the face direction. For example, when the heating resistor part 3a is selected and current flows in that thin film resistance, the resistor part 3 evolves heat, causing thermographic paper 10 to color. At this same instant, the heat of the resistor part 3a diffuses in the thickness direction 15 of the substrate 1 and in the face directions 16, 17 of the substrate 1. Since the heat conductivities of the directions 16, 17 are about half the heat conductivity of the direction 15, the greater portion of the heat evolved diffused in the direction 15 and radiates from a metal radiating plate 9.
