Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the destruction of output transistor, when the output terminal is shortened with the power supply terminal or ground, by comparing the central point of the breeder circuit with the potential of the feedback capacitance.
CONSTITUTION: Audio signal is inputted from the non inversion input terminal 1 via the resistor 7 from the contact point of the resistors 5 and 6, and amplification 12 is made with the rate determined with the resistors 8 and 9 and the capacitance 11. The central point of the breeder consisting of the resistor 5 and 6 and the output of the comparators 13 and 15 taking the junction of the feedback capacitance 11 and the resistor 8 are connected to the switching circuits 14 and 16, and the base bias of the final stage transistor is turned off when the output terminal 2 is shortened or grounded. Power supply is connected to the terminal 3 and the terminal 4 is grounded. With this constitution, since the DC potential of the capacitance 11 is greatly shifted from a half of the power supply voltage, the breeder neutral point is taken as the reference voltage by utilizing it, and the potential of the capacitance 11 is compared 13 and 15 and switched 14 and 16, turning off the final stage transistor of the amplitude 12. The capacitance 11 is rapidly charged up 17 and the circuit is started.
