Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively remove rolling oil and other contaminants on both sides of a cold rolled steel material and clean the sides without requiring electrolytic cleaning, by using a cleaner consisting of an org. chelating agent, nonionic and anionic surfactants, and a foam suppressor.
