Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the working delay of a piston in the case when a cylinder works in a reciprocative shape, by using the pilot pressure of a pilot check valve mounted in parallel with a throttle valve as pressure working to the other inside of the both side chambers of the piston.
CONSTITUTION: When initial working, the excess motion of a piston rod 24 can be prevented because pressure air flows into a chamber 21 through a throttle valve 17. When the piston rod 24 works in a reciprocative shape, there exists pressure air in a duct 13 and a pilot duct 22 when a change-over valve 12 is changed over, thus opening a check valve 18. Consequently, pressure air flows into the chamber 21 through the check valve 18 when the change-over valve 12 is changed over, thus eliminating working delay in the control of the cylinder.
