PURPOSE: To provide a multi-layered laminate having high gas-barrier properties and squeezeability, and remarkably improved interlaminar adhesivity, especially adhesivity after immersion in boiling water, composed of a polyethylene resin layer having specific composition and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer.
