Abstract
PURPOSE:To render the width of an upper electrode smaller than that of the lower electrode, to improve adhesion strength of an abrasion resistant layr to be formbd on the electrodes, and to prevent alloy reaction of a heating resistor and the upper electrode in order to improve reliability.
