PURPOSE: To ensure the hue adjustment without lowering the vertical resolution by demodulating the carrire chroma signal with use of the element which gives a delay of one horizontal period plus a sequence unit and two demodulators and varying the supply of the chroma signal to two demodurators at the even and old lines respectively.
