Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a method of minimizing formation of nitrogen oxides in a sintering system, according to which a reducing gas such as NH3 is added into exhaust gas from intermediate portion or from front end portion and intermediate portion of sintering zone and circulated to rear end portion and cooling zone of the sintering zone, thereby treating only the exhaust gas containing a high concentration of NOx and minimizing the amount of NOx contained in the entire exhaust gas.
