Abstract

PURPOSE: This control circuit connects a discharge resistance in parallel with the dummy resistance combined in parallel with a DC servo-motor M as a driving source of a numerical controller and so forth is controlled by the circuit of four power transistors (Tr) Q1∼Q4 of bridge connection. Dummy resistance R with comparatively high resistance value is connected in parallel with DC source E (so that it may not become to the load) to expend the induction voltage of Tr. Resistance Rs for discharge with comparatively low resistance value is connected in parallel with the resistance RD through switchin, TrQ5 thus resulting in the on of TrQ5 by the output of voltage detector De when the abnormal voltage generated in case of the breaking of motor M exceeds the specified value and allowing the protection of TrQ1 - Q5 by controlling the abnormal voltage.
