PURPOSE: To provide a dust trapping apparatus for exhaust gas of blast furnace, in which dust receptacle is provided around outer periphery of lower end portion of upright inner duct, adapted for introducing exhaust gas of blast furnace into dust trapping apparatus, whereby dust falling down from the gas, that is directed upwards at the lower end portion of the inner duct, is removed and thus dust collecting efficiency can be improved.
