Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.主反応の好ましくない平衡位置または先行する平衡により影響される物質 の化学的反応のための反応カラムにおいて行われる方法であって、その反応中に 、分離すべき一またはそれ以上の物質を、一またはそれ以上の助剤により反応混 合物から連続的に除去する方法において、 固体触媒が固定床として配される反応カラムを通して、 永久気体または永久気体の混合物としてのストリップ気体を助剤として導き、 反応カラム内において全ての抽出物が液体としてまたは固体の溶液として存在 し分離すべき物質が気体/蒸気状態で支配的に存在するように温度および圧力を 調節する、 ことを特徴とする方法。 2.ストリップ気体として水素を用いる請求項1に記載の方法。 3.分離すべき物質を除去するために補足剤をさらに用いる前記請求項のいず れか一つに記載の方法。 4.ヘキサン、ベンゼンおよび/またはトルエンのような炭化水素を補足剤と して用いることにより、分離すべき物質をさらに除去する請求項3に記載の方法 。 5.実施される反応が縮合反応であり、分離すべき縮合生成物が100g/モルよ り少ない分子量である前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 6.カルボン酸がアルコールでエステル化されたカルボン酸エステルを形成す る請求項5に記載の方法。 7.カルボン酸エステルがアルコールとエステル交換されてカルボン酸エステ ルを形成する請求項5に記載の方法。 8.C6〜C22カルボン酸、特にC8〜C22カルボン酸がC1〜C22アルコール、特にC8 〜C22アルコールでエステル化されてカルボン酸エステルを形成する請求項6に 記載の方法。 9.C6〜C22酸基、特にC8〜C22酸基を有するカルボン酸エステル、およびC1〜 C4アルコール基が、C6〜C22アルコール、特にC8〜C22アルコールでエステル交換 されてカルボン酸エステルを形成する請求項7に記載の方法。 10.反応カラム内において酸性固体触媒を用いる前記請求項のいずれか一つ に記載の方法。 11.永久気体としての水素および当該分野で知られている触媒を用いること により反応カラム内において二重結合を同時に水素化する前記請求項のいずれか 一つに記載の方法。 12.反応カラム内においてエステル化および水素化および/または異性化反 応を支持する多機能触媒を用いる請求項6乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.ストリップ気体を要すれば補足剤と一緒に、反応カラム内を底部から頂 部に向流として通過させ、分離すべき物質をストリップ気体および要すればコン デンサー内の補足剤から除去し、およびストリップ気体および要すれば補足剤ま たはその一部を反応カラムに戻す前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
