Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1または2以上の第1および第2の型プレート17,18を締めつけるための固 定および摺動自在の締めつけプレート6,12のための機械ベース3上に取りつけ 可能である支持レール2を備え、 反対の方向に移動する移動自在の2つの要素からなる少なくとも1つの締めつ けドライブ23を有し、 該支持レール2に固定締めつけプレート6がリジッドに連結され、 前記移動自在の締めつけプレート12が支持プレート6上で摺動自在に支持され 、これによって該固定締めつけプレート6が、ピボット軸受14によって締めつけ ドライブ23の該2つの要素のうちの1つに連結されてなる射出成形機のための、 バーのない締めつけユニットであって、 前記締めつけドライブ23がピボット軸受14,15だけに固着され、これによって ピボット軸受14,15を経て締めつけプレート6,12上にのみ締めつけドライブ23 の締めつけ力が作用し、曲げモーメントが支持レール2または機械ベース3に伝 達されないように、前記摺動自在の締めつけプレート12が少なくとも1つのピボ ット軸受14,15によって締めつけドライブ23の2つの要素のうちの他の1つに連 結されてなる ことを特徴とする締めつけユニット。 2.前記締めつけドライブ23の前記2つの反対方向に移動するドライブ要素24, 25と、該ドライブ要素に連結されたピボット軸受14,15とのそれぞれのあいだに レ バーアーム21,22が設けられてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の締 めつけユニット。 3.前記レバーアーム21,22が、締めつけドライブ23の移動自在のドライブ要素 24,25にリジッドに連結されてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の締 めつけユニット。 4.前記レバーアーム21,22が、鋏のように配列され、かつ前記締めつけドライ ブ23の移動自在のドライブ要素24,25の移動自在に連結されてなることを特徴と する請求の範囲第2項記載の締めつけユニット。 5.前記支持レール2が支持ブロック5を備え、前記固定締めつけプレート6が 該支持ブロックにリジッドに連結されてなる請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項 または第4項記載の締めつけユニット。 6.前記支持ブロック5にピボット軸受14が設けられてなることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第5項記載の締めつけユニット。 7.前記摺動自在の締めつけプレート12が、ピボット軸受15の1つが配列された グライドシュー8に連結されてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の締 めつけユニット。 8.前記締めつけドライブ23が油圧ドライブであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載の締めつけユニット。 9.前記締めつけドライブ23が電動機であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の締めつけユニット。 10.前記締めつけドライブ23が電磁石であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の締めつけユニット。 11.前記締めつけドライブ23が空圧ドライブであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載の締めつけユニット。
