Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に腹膜透析のため体腔内に配置されるように意図され、基端部と末端部 とを有し、それにより前記腔内に配置されるように意図され、そしてその側壁に 沿って複数の穴(21、22)を設けられた有穴カテーテル領域(28)を有す るカテーテルであって、前記有穴カテーテル領域が縮径部分(19)を有するこ とを特徴とするカテーテル。 2.前記有穴カテーテル領域が、さらに前記縮径部分(19)より大きい直径 を有し、そして前記縮径部分(19)より遠くに位置する大径部分(20)を有 することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 3.前記大径部分(20)が,均等に増大する直径を有する円錐形部分(23 )、いわゆるディフューザ、を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカテー テル。 4.前記有穴カテーテル領域が実質的に一定の内径を有することと、前記大径 部分が前記内径に実質的に等しい最大直径を有することとを特徴とする請求項2 または3に記載のカテーテル。 5.前記カテーテルがさらにその最末端部に先端開口(17)を有し、前記縮 径部分(19)が前記大径部分(20)によって前記先端開口から分離されてい ることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。 6.前記縮径部分(19)と前記先端開口(17)との間の距離には前記穴( 21、22)が無いことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のカ テーテル。 7.前記カテーテルが前記有穴領域に近い位置で全液体流量を有することと、 前記縮径部分(19)と前記大径部分(20)は、前記全流量の5%から50% の間、好ましくは前記全流量の20%から25%の間の部分流量が前記先端開口 を通過するのを許すように、それらの寸法を選択されていることとを特徴とする 請求項5又は6に記載のカテーテル。 8.前記円錐形部分(23)が3から20度、好ましくは5から15度、そし てより好ましくは8から10度の円錐角度を有することを特徴とする請求項3か ら7のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。 9.前記穴(21、22)と前記先端開口(17)が、各穴を通る流速と前記 開口を通る流速とが概ね同じ大きさであるような寸法を有することを特徴とする 請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。 10.前記先端開口(17)に最も近い穴(21)が小さい横断面積を有し、そ して前記先端により近い穴(22)が、前記先端に最も近い穴の直径より大きい 直径を有することを特徴とする請求項5から9のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテ ル。 11.前記カテーテルがさらに長手方向軸線を有することと、より大きい横断面 積を有する穴(22)が、前記カテーテルの前記長手方向軸線に平行な楕円の長 手方向軸線を有する楕円形横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項5から10の いずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。 12.前記有穴領域内に配置された少なくとも1つの追加縮径部分(26、41 )を有することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテ ル。 13.前記穴の横断面積が末端縮径部分から次の基端縮径部分まで漸増すること を特徴とする請求項12に記載のカテーテル。 14.前記大径部分が前記内径より大きい最大直径部分を有することを特徴とす る請求項4から13のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。 15.前記縮径部分より遠くに位置する前記大径部分が、前記有穴領域の直径に 実質的に等しい直径を有することを特徴とする請求項2から14のいずれか1項 に記載のカテーテル。
