Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.湾曲した頭部を有する第1の機素と、 テーパー付コレット状外面と前記湾曲頭部を受容する湾曲した内部空間を備 えた部分を有する第2の機素と、 前記テーパー付コレット状部分の周囲に配設され、前記部分に対して選択的 に移動すると前記湾曲内部空間がつぼまって前記湾曲頭部を固定する固定用環体 とを備えていることを特徴とする多軸方向性固定機構。 2.前記第1の機素が骨ねじを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。 3.前記第1の機素が椎弓板掛鉤部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 機構。 4.前記第1の機素が仙骨ブロックを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 機構。 5.第2の機素に棒状体受チャネルがさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の機構。 6.前記棒状体受チャネルが前記第2の機素の側部に形成されていることを特徴 とする請求項5に記載の機構。 7.前記棒状体受チャネルが前記第2の機素の頂部に形成されていることを特徴 とする請求項5に記載の機構。 8.前記棒状体受チャネルに棒状体を固定する手段をさらに有することを特徴と する請求項5に記載の機構。 9.前記棒状体受チャネルに棒状体を固定することにより前記環体が選択的に移 動することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の機構。 10.前記環体と前記テーパー付コレット状部分とが、螺合すると前記環体が選択 的に移動するねじ部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。 11.湾曲した頭部を有する第1の機素と、 縮拡自在な開口を有し、該開口を通して前記湾曲頭部を受容する縮拡自在な 内側空洞と 整形用棒状体植込み具の棒状体を受容する棒状体受チャネルと 上部部分の表面に形成されたねじ部 とを有する連結用機素と、 前記連結用機素の周囲に載置され、下向きに移動すると前記内側空洞と前記 開口とをつぼめて前記第1の機素を前記結合用機素に固定する固定用環体と、 前記表面ねじ部と螺合する頂部固定用ナット とを備えていることを特徴とする整形用棒状体植込み具に使用される多軸方向性 組付連結装置。 12.前記湾曲頭部が半球状であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の手段。 13.前記連結用機素が、前記開口から上向きに延在し、前記内側空洞と前記開口 とを縮拡自在にする少なくとも1つの縦スロットをさらに備えていることを特徴 とする請求項11に記載の装置。 14.前記内側空洞を有する連結用機素の外面に、前記開口で幅広になり、前記固 定用環体を下向きに移動すると前記内側空洞および前記開口がつぼまるようなテ ーパー付けがなされていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。 15.前記連結用機素が、その外面に形成された第2のネジ部とその少なくとも一 部に少なくとも1つの縦スロットとを有し、 前記固定用環体が、前記第2のねじ部上を下向きに移動できるように前記ね じ部と螺合するねじ部を内面に有していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装 置。 16.湾曲した頭部を有する第1の機素と、連結用機素と、固定用環体と、頂部固 定用ナットを有し、 該連結用機素は、 下部部分と上部部分とを有し、前記下部部分には底部が頂部よりも幅広とな るテーパー付けがなされ、 底部から上向きに延在する少なくとも1つの縦スロットが前記下部部分に形 成され 前記少なくとも1つの縦スロットに加えられる力に応じて縮拡自在である開 口が前記下部部分の底部に設けられ 該開口を通して前記湾曲頭部が受容される内側空洞が前記下部部分内に形成 され 整形用棒状体植込み具の棒状体を受容する棒状体受チャネルが前記上部部分 中に形成され ねじ部が前記上部部分上に形成されており、 該固定用環体は、前記下部部分の周囲に載置され、下向きに移動すると前記 少なくとも1つの縦スロットに内向きの力が加わり、前記第1の機素を前記結合 用機素に固定するものであり、 該頂部固定用ナットは前記ねじ部と螺合するものである、 ことを特徴とする整形用棒状体植込み具に使用される多軸方向性組付連結装置。 17.前記チャネル内に前記棒状体を保持するために前記上部部分の一部の周囲に 配置可能でありかつ対向し合う縦スロットを有する棒状体保持用スリーブをさら に備えていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の手段。 18.前記頂部固定用ナットを下向きに移動すると前記棒状体保持用スリーブがつ ぼんで前記連結用機素を固定するように前記頂部固定用ナットの底面が前記棒状 体保持用スリーブの頂面に着座していることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の手段 。 19.前記連結用機素の外側のねじ部上の前記ナットを下向きに移動すると前記固 定用環体が下向きに移動して前記湾曲頭部が前記内側空洞内に包圧固定されるよ うに前記棒状体保持用スリーブの底面が前記固定用環体の頂面に着座しているこ とを特徴とする請求項18に記載の手段。
