Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.多数のドープしたBaTiO3に基づくセラミック層と多数のNiの電極層 とを有し、セラミック層と電極層とが交互に積み重なって2つの側面において電 気的接続が設けられた多層構造を形成し、前記電気的接続が多数の電極層に接続 されたセラミック多層コンデンサにおいて、 ドープしたBaTiO3の主成分の組成が次式 (式中で 0.02 < a < 0.08 0.002 < b < 0.03 0.15 <.c < 0.20 0.00 < d < 0.03 0.001 < e < 0.02 0.0005 < f < 0.01 1.001 < k < 1.005 である) で表されることを特徴とするセラミック多層コンデンサ。 2.組成物が1.002≦k≦1.004の関係を満たす請求の範囲1記載のセ ラミック多層コンデンサ。 3.ドープしたBaTiO3に基づくセラミック組成物において、 組成物が次式 (式中で 0.02 < a < 0.08 0.002 < b < 0.03 0.15 < c < 0.20 0.00 < d < 0.03 0.001 < c < 0.02 0.0005 < f < 0.01 1.001 < k < 1.005 である) で表されることを特徴とするセラミック組成物。 4.組成物が1.002≦k≦1.004の関係を満たす請求の範囲3記載のセ ラミック組成物。 5.ドープしたBaTiO3に基づくセラミック箔に主にNiから成るスクリー ン印刷した電極層を設け、その後セラミック層と電極層とを交互に積み重ねて多 層構造を形成し、これをその後還元雰囲気中で仮焼し、焼結し、その後多層構造 に電気的接続を設け、これを多数の前記電極層に接続するセラミック多層コンデ ンサの製造方法において、 ドープしたBaTiO3の主成分の組成が次式 (式中で 0.02 < a < 0.08 0.002 < b < 0.03 0.15 < c < 0.20 0.00 < d < 0.03 0.001 < e < 0.02 0.0005 < f < 0.01 1.001 < k < 1.005 である) で表され、ドープしたBaTiO3には焼結剤を加えないことを特徴とするセ ラミック多層コンデンサの製造方法。 6.組成物が1.002≦k≦1.004の関係を満たす請求の範囲5記載の方 法。
