Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.荷重を掛けられた駆動車輪を有し、その移動方向の速度が測定されている 移動車両による荷重を掛けられている道路又はレールのゆがみの非接触測定のた めの方法であって、ゆがみの速度が、車両が移動している間、少なくとも一つの 未知の波、例えば、レーザ技術、レーダ技術、超音波技術又は他の接触を伴わな い速度測定機器を用いている間、好ましくは道路又は鉄道レールに向けられた電 磁ビーム、からの反射におけるドップラー周波数変化を検出するセンサを用いて 道路又はレールの垂直速度の測定により連続的に測定され、その後ゆがみが計算 されることを特徴とする方法。 2.同時に、荷重を掛けられた車輪のいくつかの位置又はその周囲における垂 直方向の速度測定を行うことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3.選択され、決められた方向、例えば垂直、に関して電磁ビームの角度も連 続的に決定されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1および2に記載の方法。 4.区分がカバーされている道路の軌道に関して電磁ビームの角度も連続的に 決定されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1および2に記載の方法。 5.荷重を掛けられた車輪の位置も連続的に測定されることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲1および2に記載の方法。 6.すべての測定結果は、ゆがみ又は基層の特性、例えば基層の剛性、を表す データの連続的計算及び記録のため、あるいは後にデータ処理を目的とする蓄積 のためのいずれかのために、蓄積設備を有したデータ処理装置に供給されること を特徴とする、請求の範囲1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.少なくとも1つの車輪(4、5)に影響を与える荷重(7)を有する車両 (1)を用いる道路(2)又は鉄道レール(3)のゆがみの非接触測定のための 装置であって、移動方向の速度が測定され、さらに a)少なくとも一つの、波、好ましくは道路、レール又はレールの基層に向けら れた電磁放射(9)の伝達のための装置(8)、 b)発射された放射の反射(9)におけるドップラー周波数変化を検出するため に配列された少なくとも一つのセンサ(8)、 c)及び、ゆがみの速度の計算のために検出されたドップラー周波数変化の連続 的記録のための電子回路(10)で、放射はレーザ放射、レーダ波、超音波信号 、又は装置(8)と反射点(11)の間の相対的動きにおいてドップラー周波数 変化を起こす他の放射であるもの、 を有することを特徴とする装置。 8.共通バー又はビーム(23)上に備えられたいくつかの機器/センサ(8 )を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲7に記載の装置。 9.選択され、決められた方向、例えば垂直、に関して電磁放射の角度を測定 するための手段(36)をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲7又は8 に記載の装置。 10.測定される道路の区分の軌道に関して電磁放射の角度を測定するための 手段(36)をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲7又は8に記載の装 置。 11.荷重を掛けられた車輪の位置の連続的測定のための手段(33)をさら に含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲7に記載の装置。 12.測定されたゆがみ又は道路あるいは列車のレールの特性、 例えばその剛性、を表すデータの連続的計算及び記録、又は後にデータ処理する ための蓄積のいずれかのための、蓄積装置(37)を有したデータ処理ユニット (30、31)を有する、請求項7から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
