Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式I〜V: 〔各式中、 R1、R2、R3、R4は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、水素、ハロゲン、ヒ ドロキシ、チオまたは置換チオ、アミノまたは置換アミノ、カルボキシ、低級ア ルキル、低級アルケニル、低級アルキニル、アリール、低級アルキルオキシ、ア リールオキシ、アラルキル、アラルキルオキシまたはリポーター基を表し、 R5およびR6はそれぞれが水素、ヒドロキシ、チオまたは置換チオ、アミノま たは置換アミノ、低級アルキルオキシ、低級アルケノキシ、低級アルキノキシ、 保護基またはリポーター基を表し、 R7は水素、ヒドロキシ、チオまたは置換チオ、アミノまたは置換アミノ、ホ スホルアミダイトまたはH−ホスホネート基、適当な方法で開裂可能なエステル またはアミド残基、またはリポーター基を表し、 R6とR7は一緒になってC-2'とC-3'間の追加の結合またはアセタール基を形成 し、 R8は水素、ヒドロキシ、チオまたは置換チオ、アミノまたは置換アミノ基を 表し、 R9は水素、モノ- 、ジ- もしくはトリホスフェート基またはこれらのリン酸 エステルのα、βもしくはγ- チオホスフェート類似体、または保護基を表す〕 で表されるのピロロ-[3,2-d]- ピリミジン、ピラゾロ-[4,3-d]- ピリミジンお よびピリミジン- フラノシド並びにそれらの可能な互変異性体および塩。 2.アセタール官能基がリポーター基で置換されている、請求項1に記載の化合 物。 3.リポーター基がハプテン、蛍光体、金属キレート、化学発光体、タンパク質 またはインターカレーターを示す、請求項1または2に記載の化合物。 4.リポーター基がリンカー基を介して結合されている、請求項1〜3のいずれ か1項に記載の化合物。 5.DNAおよびRNAポリメラーゼの基質としての請求項1〜4のいずれか1 項に記載の化合物の使用。 6.核酸をラベルするための請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の化合物の使用 。 7.核酸を検出するための請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の化合物の使用。 8.DNAシークエンシングにおける請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の化合 物の使用。 9.in situ ハイブリダイゼーションにおける請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記 載の化合物の使用。 10.オリゴヌクレオチドの化学合成のためのR7がホスホルアミダイトまたはH− ホスホネートである請求項1に記載の化合物の使用。 11.請求項1〜4に記載した化合物を1個または数個含有するオリゴヌクレオチ ド。 12.請求項1〜4に記載した化合物を1個または数個含有する核酸。
