2. Description of the Related Art A powdery material such as powdered juice is sealed in a folding type packaging container formed by laminating a synthetic resin film layer on one side of a paper layer, and the packaging container is opened when used. A package which is made three-dimensional and which is filled with water or the like to take an enclosed substance is known (ex. JP-B-63-1909). This type of package can be carried around and carried, can take powdery materials even in places without cups, and is excellent in disposability. Therefore, it is particularly useful when going out or traveling.

In addition, instead of the above-mentioned foldable packaging container, one or two rectangular laminates in which a barrier layer having moisture permeability and a heat-adhesive resin layer are sequentially laminated on one side of a paper layer are used. A package using a packaging bag that is heat-sealed along the sides or four sides and provided with a cutting line along the inside of the upper edge sealing portion is also conceivable. In this package, the packaging bag is opened along the upper edge, and both side edges of the packaging bag are pressed inward with fingers to open the upper edge.

However, in the case of the former foldable packaging container, there is a problem that the cost is high. That is, since the latter packaging bag can be manufactured by a continuous method in which the processing of the bag is continuously performed while feeding the web-like laminate in one direction, it can be manufactured efficiently and at low cost. Since the folding type packaging container requires shape retention when it is made three-dimensional, the paper layer of the laminate, which is a material, is thick, and it is very difficult to wind the laminate in a roll shape. In some cases, it cannot be manufactured by the above-described continuous method, but must be manufactured by a sheet-by-sheet method in which a synthetic resin layer is bonded to a paper layer punched in the shape of a container. Therefore, the manufacturing efficiency was poor and expensive.

Further, in the case of the latter packaging bag, since it can be made more flexible than the former packaging container, although the portability is better than the former packaging container, a band-shaped heat seal portion is formed along the side edge. Since it is formed, there is a problem that the lateral dimension is large and bulky. This problem can be solved by attaching both sides of the laminated body to the envelope on the back side. In this case, since the thickness of the portion to be enveloped is large, both sides of the packaging bag are inserted with fingers. There is a problem that the side wall on the back side hardly bends outward when pressed toward the upper side, and the upper end of the bag is hard to open.
