PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole plug which can prevent a foamed material from being pressed out from an accommodation part of a plug even though a high pressure is exerted to the plug. SOLUTION: A foamed material 14 is formed into such a shape that a protrusion 14A bulges out from its circular outer periphery as seen in a plan view, and this protrusion 14A can be pulled out through a take-out port 22 formed in a plug 11 when the foamed material 14 is accommodated in an accommodation part 12, and is supported between a panel 30 and a skirt part 28 formed on the plug 11 when the plug 11 is fitted in the hole 26 in the panel 30.
