The elastic projections 14 of the contact 1a are deformed by being sandwiched therebetween, and the electrode plates 15a, 15a of the contact 1a are deformed.
b and the pads 301a, 3 on the circuit boards 300a, 300b
01b is pressed against the electrode plate 1b.
Since the displacement amounts of the connectors 5a and 15b are small, if the circuit boards 300a and 300b warp when the connector is clamped, or if the circuit boards and the like warp due to other causes, the plurality of contacts 1a In the other examples including the second example, if the length of the contact terminal portion 161 of the contact 1b is increased, for example, the displacement amount of the contact point portion is reduced. Even if the circuit board becomes large and warps, the occurrence of contact failure can be prevented.
1 and the like are easily buckled, and there is a risk that the contact 1b may be damaged.

From the electrode to be contacted, a force is applied such that the protruding portion of the strip-shaped conductive plate of each contact is pushed into the through hole, and at this time, the tip inside the strip-shaped conductive plate rotates around a predetermined axis (spring-like). If there is a gap between the layers wound around the shaft, the gap is eliminated), and the pressing is performed so as to increase the number of turns of the strip-shaped conductive plate wound around this axis. The amount of displacement between the contact points of the strip-shaped conductive electrodes contacting the corresponding electrodes can be obtained in accordance with the distance between these opposing electrodes, and a sufficient contact pressure can be applied to these electrodes. Therefore, even if the circuit board or the like is warped, it is possible to prevent a contact failure from occurring.

Since the inner end of the strip-shaped conductive plate rotates around a predetermined axis and absorbs the reduced diameter of the outermost periphery of the strip-shaped conductive plate, the stress generated in the strip-shaped conductive plate is reduced,
Buckling of the strip-shaped conductive plate can be prevented.

(The holding means is omitted), and the opposed pads 30 of the circuit board 300 and the integrated circuit 400 are opposed to each other.
Under the force that the projecting portion of the spirally-shaped conductive plate 12 of the contact 1 is pushed into the through-hole 20 by the contact 401, the inner end of the conductive plate 12 is moved to the center axis of the shaft 11. Rotating around the strip-shaped conductive plate 12

Can be obtained in accordance with the distance between the opposing pads 301 and 401, and a sufficient contact pressure can be applied to these pads 301 and 401. Even if the circuit board 300 and the like are warped, a contact failure between the pads 301 and 401 can be eliminated. Note that the outermost diameter of the strip-shaped conductive plate 12 is set to be equal to all the pads 301 and 401 facing each other even if the circuit board 300 or the like is warped.

However, when the outermost periphery of the strip-shaped conductive plate 12 is pushed in from above and below, the tip of the inside is formed. If the part rotates around a predetermined axis to increase the number of turns, and the pushed-in portion is absorbed by the increase in the number of turns, the shaft 11 is unnecessary. In this case, the contact is held by the insulator 2 only by fixing the outer end of the strip-shaped conductive plate.

きる効果がある。As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of contacts formed by winding a band-shaped conductive plate having elasticity into a spiral shape so that the outermost diameter thereof becomes a predetermined size are formed by the above-mentioned method. The outermost peripheries of the strip-shaped conductive plates of these contacts protrude from both surfaces of the insulating substrate at a predetermined height into the plurality of through holes of the insulating substrate in which a plurality of through holes are arranged and formed in an insulating plate material having a thickness smaller than the diameter. In this way, the circuit is structured such that the outer end portions of the strip-shaped conductive plates of the plurality of contacts are fixed and at the same time the inner end portions are rotatably held around a predetermined axis. When the protruding portion of the strip-shaped conductive plate of the contact is sandwiched between the substrate and the integrated circuit and receives a force such that it is pushed into the through-hole, the inner end of the strip-shaped conductive plate rotates around a predetermined axis, and is pressed. The number of turns increases to absorb the reduced diameter of the outermost periphery of the belt, so even if the circuit board or the like is warped, the strip-shaped conductive plate that contacts the opposing electrodes of the circuit board or integrated circuit The amount of displacement between the contacts can be obtained in accordance with the distance between these electrodes, and a sufficient contact pressure can be applied to these electrodes, so that poor contact can be prevented. Since the stress generated in the plate is reduced, the strip-shaped conductive plate does not buckle, and the contact can be prevented from being damaged.
