(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【課題】注射針の先端側以外から蓋をするキャップであ
る。 【解決手段】 刻みのついた伸縮自在の筒３を注射筒に
付け、引き下ろすことにより注射針２先端に触れずに蓋
する。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、医療事故防止を目的とした注射針を包み込
むキャップである。従来、医療の現場での注射後に、注
射針を付属のキャップに納める際、誤って指などに注射
針を刺す事故が後を絶たない。そのため、肝炎などの感
染を起こすなど事態は深刻である。本発明は、このよう
な事故を防止するために発明したもので、それを図面に
ついて説明すれば、
【図１】の注射筒（１）を注射シリンジに装着後に、針
の先端側の開閉式の蓋（４）を開けて予め刻みを付けた
伸縮自在の筒（３）を注射筒（１）側へ引き上げ
【図２】の様に注射針（２）を露出させる。注射使用後
には、伸縮自在の筒（３）を注射筒（１）から引き下ろ
す。開閉式の蓋（４）は、伸縮自在の筒（３）と一部分
が一体となっているため、同時に引き下ろされ、蓋も閉
まる。従来の分離したキャップをはめる行為とは逆に、
一体でしかも針を刺す方向とは逆の方向から蓋をする行
為のため、注射針（２）に触れることなく安全に蓋をす
ることができる。また、針の先端側から力が加わっても
開閉式の蓋（４）の内側に刺さり、外部に注射針の露出
は無い。また、キャップの紛失もないため、安全管理が
できる。材質はプラスチック、セルロイドなど伸縮やガ
ス滅菌に適するものであればよい。
