Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オリゴヌクレオチドを支持物質に非共有的に固定する方法であって、 (a)当該オリゴヌクレオチド溶液と固形支持物質とを接触させる工程、当該 オリゴヌクレオチドは5ヌクレオチドから30ヌクレオチドを含んでなり;およ び (b)当該固形支持物質上で当該溶液を乾燥させる工程、を含んで成る前記方 法。 2.当該溶液が1μMから約1mMのオリゴヌクレオチド濃度を有する、請求 項1の方法。 3.当該溶液が、更に、6.5から8.0のpH、75mMから2Mの塩化ナ トリウムおよび緩衝システムを含んで成る、請求項1の方法。 クエン酸ナトリウムまたは燐酸ナトリウムを含んで成る、請求項3の方法。 5.当該乾燥後、当該方法が、更に、当該固形支持物質を60℃から95℃の 温度で加熱することを含む、請求項1の方 法。 6.当該オリゴヌクレオチドが、更に、5´末端または3´末端でアミン基を 含む、請求項1の方法。 7.当該オリゴヌクレオチドが、ペプチド核酸である、請求項1の方法。 8.工程(b)後、本方法が、更に、 (i)当該固形支持物質と複合物とを接触させ;および (ii)当該オリゴヌクレオチドの存在または量の指標としての測定可能なシ グナルを検出して成る、請求項1の方法。 9.工程(b)後、本方法が、更に、 (i)当該固形支持物質と複合物とを接触させ;および (ii)当該複合物の存在または量の指標としての測定可能なシグナルを検出 して成る、請求項1の方法。 10.工程(b)後、本方法が、更に、 (i)当該固形支持物と、当該オリゴヌクレオチドに相補的である核酸配列を 含有すると思われる供試サンプルとを接触させてハイブリダイゼーション複合体 を形成させ; (ii)当該複合体と複合物とを接触させ;および (iii)当該核酸配列の存在または量の指標としての測定可能なシグナルを 検出して成る、請求項1の方法。
