Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス供給源と流体連通したベンチレータ用空気系であって、 比例制御弁を備えた空気回路であって、密封キャニスターと流体連通したダブ ルベンチュリ管の第1ジェットと第2ジェットの一方に導く弁に所定量のガスを 供給するようになっている空気回路と、 ガスを患者用呼吸回路に導入するための第1ポートと、入口よりも下流に位置 したガスに水分を与えるための加湿器と、各種の量のガスを含有可能な可撓性リ ザーバと、この可撓性リザーバの下流に位置する第2ポートとを有し、可撓性リ ザーバが加湿器より下流で密閉キャニスター内に配置されている、患者用呼吸回 路とを、 含み、第1ジェットを介して導かれたガスは密閉キャニスター内のガスをキャニ スターの外部へ向かって随伴して可撓性リザーバの外側の圧力を低下させ、第2 ジェットを介して導かれるガスは密閉キャニスターの内部へ向かってガスを随伴 して可撓性リザーバの外側圧力を上昇させるベンチレータ用空気系。 2.ガスを通過する滅菌チャンバと、この滅菌チャンバを加熱するための加熱装 置とを備え、滅菌チャンバが患者用呼吸回路よりも上流に位置する請求項1に記 載の空気系。 3.システムオペレータの制御に応答して加湿器内の液体を所定温度に保持する ヒータをさらに含む請求項1に記載の空気系。 4.可撓性リザーバおよび加湿器に連結可能なマニホルドを含 み、このマニホルドはキャニスター内に可撓性リザーバを着脱自在な状態で密閉 してキャニスター内側と可撓性リザーバ外側との間にダブルベンチュリ管と流体 連通した領域を区画する請求項1に記載の空気系。 5.マニホルドと第2ポートとの間の気管と、排気ポートとをさらに有し、マニ ホルドが加湿器、可撓性リザーバ、気道および排気ポートに流体を供給する請求 項4に記載の空気系。 6.上記領域と流体連通した第1の圧力トランスデューサと、第2ポートの近く にある第2の圧力トランスデューサとを備えた請求項4に記載の空気系。 7.キャニスター内の上記領域と、可撓性リザーバよりも下流のガスフローとに 流体連通した排気弁をさらに含み、この排気弁は可撓性リザーバ内に所定の圧力 が達成されるまでは閉鎖状態にある請求項4に記載の空気系。 8.可撓性リザーバを温めるために密閉キャニスターに組み込まれた熱源を有す る請求項1に記載の空気系。 9.熱源がキャニスターの一部に巻付けられた熱ブランケットで構成される請求 項8に記載の空気系。 10.可撓性リザーバの下流でガスの温度を監視して熱源に制御信号を送る温度セ ンサーを含む請求項8に記載の空気系。 11.キャニスターに出入りするガス流を測定するためのフロートランスデューサ を含む請求項1に記載の空気系。 12.患者用呼吸回路の第1ポートおよび各ガス供給源と流体連通した複数のガス フロー制御弁と、第2ポートの近くにあるガスサンプリングアレーとをさらに有 し、ガスサンプリングアレーから出た信号に対して複数のガスフロー制御弁が応 答するようになっている請求項1に記載の空気系。 13.ガス供給源と流体連結したベンチレータ用空気系であって、 キャニスター 可撓性リザーバ 上記リザーバと流体連結したマニホルドであって、上記マニホルドはキャニス ター内に着脱自在な状態で密閉してキャニスター内側と可撓性リザーバ外側との 間の領域を規定し、 可撓性リザーバを温めるために密閉キャニスターに組み込まれた熱源、 可撓性リザーバと流体連結した気道、 ガスフロー制御弁より下流にあって、上記ガスの一部を通して加熱滅菌ガスを 提供する滅菌チャンバー、 上記滅菌チャンバーを加熱するための加熱器、 上記滅菌ガスを加湿するため上記ガスフロー制御弁より下流にあって、可撓性 リザーバと流体連結した加湿器、 上記加湿器を加熱する加熱器、 上記ガスフロー弁から所定量のガスを提供する比例制御弁、 ダブルベンチュリを経てガスを随伴する第1ジェットと第2ジェットを有する ダブルベンチュリであって、上記領域および 上記キャニスターと流体連結しているダブルベンチュリ、 上記比例制御弁により送られるガスを上記第1ジェットと第2ジェットの一方 に送るベンチュリ制御弁であって、第1ジェットを介して導かれたガスは密閉キ ャニスター内のガスをキャニスターの外部へ向かって随伴して可撓性リザーバの 外側の圧力を低下させ、第2ジェットを介して導かれるガスは密閉キャニスター の内部へ向かってガスを随伴して可撓性リザーバの外側圧力を上昇させるベンチ ュリ制御弁、 を含むベンチレータ用空気系。 14.ガス供給源と流体連結したベンチレータ用空気系であって、 キャニスター 可撓性リザーバ 上記リザーバと流体連結したマニホルドであって、上記マニホルドはキャニス ター内に着脱自在な状態で密閉してキャニスター内側と可撓性リザーバ外側との 間の領域を規定し、 可撓性リザーバを温めるために密閉キャニスターに組み込まれた熱源、 可撓性リザーバと流体連結した気道、 ガスフロー制御弁より下流にあって、上記ガスの一部を通して加熱滅菌ガスを 提供する滅菌チャンバー、 上記滅菌チャンバーを加熱するための加熱器、 上記ガスフロー制御弁より下流にあって、上記滅菌ガスを加湿滅菌ガスにして 提供するために加湿するする加湿器であって、可撓性リザーバと流体連結した加 湿器、 上記加湿器を加熱する加熱器、 上記気道で、加湿滅菌ガスの温度を監視して制御信号を熱源 に送る温度感知器、 上記ガスフロー弁から所定量のガスを提供する比例制御弁、ダブルベンチュリを 経てガスを随伴する第1ジェットと第2ジェットを有するダブルベンチュリであ って、上記領域および上記キャニスターと流体連結しているダブルベンチュリ、 上記比例制御弁により送られるガスを上記第1ジェットと第2ジェットの一方 に送るベンチュリ制御弁であって、第1ジェットを介して導かれたガスは密閉キ ャニスター内のガスをキャニスターの外部へ向かって随伴して可撓性リザーバの 外側の圧力を低下させ、第2ジェットを介して導かれるガスは密閉キャニスター の内部へ向かってガスを随伴して可撓性リザーバの外側圧力を上昇させるベンチ ュリ制御弁、 キャニスター内の上記領域および上記気道と流体連結している排気弁、 上記キャニスター内の上記領域の出入りするガスを測定するフロートランスデ ューサ、 上記領域および上記気道と流体連結した第2圧力トランスデューサと流体連結 した第1圧力トランスデューサと、 上記気道と流体連結したガスサンプリングアレーであって、 上記ガスフロー制御弁が応答する検出信号を送るガスサンプリングアレーとを 、 含むベンチレータ用空気系。
