Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)入力信号発生器と、 (b)入力信号を中へ、そして出力信号を外へ送る、単一信号単式プローブ を構成する単一信号ガイドと、 (c)二つ以上の部分に出力信号を分ける信号スプリッタと、 (d)出力信号の種々の構成要素を分ける二つ以上のフィルターと、 (e)前記出力信号の各構成要素を測定する二つ以上の検出器と、 (f)コンピューター及びAD変換器と、 (g)データを評価する適当なアルゴリズムとからなる、 肉体組織の全く同一部分の種々のパラメータを監視する単一信号単式プロー ブマルチパラメータ分析器装置。 2.組織の全く同一部分について酸化還元状態(NADH)と微小循環血流量(MBF )とを同時に監視する装置であって、 (i)前記入力信号発生器が光源であり、 (ii)前記信号ガイドがY型に形成された光ファイバーであって、 このYの一つの枝から入力信号を中へ送ると共に他の枝から出力信号を外へ送 り、 (iii)前記信号スプリッタが光スプリッタであり、 (iv)前記信号フィルターが光フィルタであり、 (v)前記検出器が、入射光線の種々の特質を、反射光あるいは螢光光のど ちらからも測定する装置である ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記信号ガイドが種々のグループの光ファイバーであり、信号が入る一つの グループと信号が出る他のグループとからなる請求項2に記 載の装置。 4.前記光源が水銀灯(366 nm)である請求項2に記載の装置。 5.前記光源が He-Cd レーザー(324 nm)である請求項2に記載の装置。 6.一つの検出器が、 450 nm 蛍光光の通過を許す適切なフィルターを有する光 電子増倍管によって入射光線を測定し、他の検出器が、反射光(324 あるいは 3 66 nm)の通過を許す適切なフィルターを有するドップラー分析器である請求項 2に記載の装置。 7.光を測定する第三の装置が、もう一つの増倍型光電管に前記反射光(324 あ るいは 366 nm)の通過を許す適切なフィルターを有する反射率計であり、この 増倍型光電管が前記ドップラー分析器及び 450 nm 光を監視する前記増倍型光電 管との組み合わせで使用される請求項2に記載の装置。 8.光源と、 一緒に取り付けられた、光信号を中へそして外へ伝達するための光ファイバ ーからなる光ガイド及び電気信号を伝達するための二つの絶縁 Pt ワイヤからな る、二重信号双式プローブを含むプローブと、 前記電気信号を増幅する増幅器と、 種々の検出器及び分析器に出力信号を分ける光スプリッタと、 選ばれた波長だけが通過可能な光フィルタと、 目的の波長を有する入射光線を測定する光電子増倍管と、 ドップラー分析器と、 AD変換器及びコンピューターと、 データ評価する適当なアルゴリズムからなり、 組織の全く同一部分について酸化還元状態(NADH)、血流(MBF)及びこの 同一部分近傍における皮質脳波(ECoG)を同時に監視する二重信号双式プローブ マルチパラメータ分析器装置。 9.二重信号単式プローブが、(NADH)及び MBF 監視のために、二本の絶縁 Pt ワイヤと共にランダムに混ぜられた光ガイドとして二つのグループの光ファイ バーから構成される請求項8に記載の装置。 10.前記光ファイバー光ガイドがYに形成された請求項8に記載の装置。 11.前記光ガイドが種々のグループの光ファイバーであり、信号が入る一つの グループと信号が出る他のグループとからなる請求項8に記載の装置。 12.前記光源が水銀灯(366 nm)である請求項8に記載の装置。 13.前記光源が He-Cd レーザー(324 nm)である請求項8に記載の装置。 14.一つの光電子増倍管が 450 nm 光を測定し、もう一つの光電子増倍管が 3 24 あるいは 366 nm 光を測定する請求項8に記載の装置。 15.請求項8記載の二重信号単式プローブと、 光ファイバープローブと、 K+ ミニ電極及び基準電極と、 サーミスタと、 組立て用単一ハウジングと、 二つの光スプリッタと、 450 nm 螢光のための光フィルタ及び増倍型光電管と、 366 あるいは 324 nm 反射光のための光フィルタ及び増倍型光電管と、 366 あるいは 324 nm 反射光のためのドップラー分析器及びフィルターと、 ECoG 監視するためにpt ワイヤへ接続された増幅器と、 圧力を監視する光ファイバープローブに接続された圧力変換器と、 (K+)を監視するミニ電極に接続された電位計と、 温度を監視するサーミスタプローブに接続された遠隔温度計と、 AD変換器と、 コンピューターと、 データを評価する適当なアルゴリズムと を含むマルチプローブアセンブリからなり、 組織の全く同一部分について酸化還元状態(NADH)及び血液量と血流(MBF )と、この部分の近傍においてECoG 、実質組織の圧力、細胞外の K+ 及び局部 的温度とを同時に監視する多重信号マルチプローブマルチパラメータ分析器装置 。 16.実質的に組織の全く同一部分について酸化還元状態(NADH)と血液量及び 血流(MBF)を、また、その部分の近傍において細胞外 K+ 、Ca++ 、H+ 、Na+ イオン濃度とECoG と実質組織の圧力と局部的温度とを同 時に監視するための装置であって、 実質的に組織の同一部分を測定するレーザードップラー流速測定と NADH 監 視のための240μ励起光ファイバーからなる光ファイバー束/光ガイドと周囲直 流定常電位電極と結合されエポキシ接着剤を用いてカニューレに保持されたイオ ン特性電極とを含むマルチプローブアセンブリと、 皮質電極と、 基準電極と、 実質組織の圧力を監視する光ファイバープローブと、 熱電対電極とから、 単一ハウジング内に組み立てられ、 AD変換器と、 コンピューターと、 データを評価する適当なアルゴリズムとの組み合わせで、 蛍光測定反射率計ドップラー分析器(FRDA)と、 増幅器と、 圧力変換器と、 温度計とに接続されたカニューレと共に構成された多重信号マルチプローブ マルチパラメータ分析器装置。 17.動物の組織の生存能力を監視する請求項16に記載の装置。 18.請求項1に記載の単一信号単式プローブマルチパラメータ分析器装置と組 織のエネルギー状態に関する示数を計算する手段とからなるエキスパートシステ ム。 19.請求項8に記載の二重の信号双式プローブマルチパラメータ分析器装置と 脳の生存能力に関する示数を計算する手段とからなるエキスパートシステム。 20.請求項15に記載の多重信号マルチプローブマルチパラメータ分析器装置 と脳機能に関する示数を計算する手段とからなるエキスパートシステム。 21.請求項16に記載の多重信号マルチプローブマルチパラメータ分析器装置 と脳機能に関する示数を計算する手段とからなるエキスパートシステム。
